Sports Medicine Specialist UAE

Talentspoc is seeking a qualified and passionate Sports Medicine Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide expert care focused on the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of sports and exercise-related injuries, helping patients achieve optimal recovery and performance.

As a Sports Medicine Specialist, you will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals including physiotherapists, orthopedic surgeons, and fitness experts to deliver comprehensive musculoskeletal and sports medicine care.

• Perform detailed clinical evaluations and assessments of sports-related injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans tailored to patient needs and activities.
• Provide non-surgical management, including the use of evidence-based injection therapies when appropriate.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and optimize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, fitness maintenance, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Review and interpret diagnostic imaging such as X-rays, MRI, and ultrasound to aid clinical decision-making.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain thorough and accurate medical records in accordance with professional standards and regulations.
• Participate in continuous professional development activities to remain up to date with advancements in sports medicine.

• Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate qualification or specialized training in Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, Physical Medicine, or a related discipline.
• Proven clinical experience in sports medicine and musculoskeletal treatment.
• Strong knowledge of sports injury assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based medical practice.
• Valid medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure as required by the location of practice.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
