Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience as a buyer, preferably in the sports industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on maximizing company benefit.
  • Familiarity with market research, pricing, and inventory control processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills are essential for the role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build successful vendor relationships.
  • Proficient in using purchasing and inventory management software.
  • Understanding of current sports trends to guide purchasing decisions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
