Sports Bar/Pub Manager – European, British, Scottish, Irish

Job Overview: 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pub & Sports Bar Manager to oversee the operations of our lively new venue. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of pub culture, a passion for sports, and a strong background in bar management. This role requires a hands-on approach to delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a pub, bar, or similar establishment (European/British-style pub management and service). 

- Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. 

- Proven experience in creating an engaging sports bar or pub environment. 

- Excellent knowledge of beverage management, including beer, spirits, and food pairings. 

- Passion for sports and fostering a lively, interactive experience for guests. 

- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. 

- Familiarity with POS systems, financial reporting, and operational efficiency best practices.
