This role involves:
Leading account management for our anchor tenant Dubai Basketball.
Acting as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless delivery of all services and deliverables while building lasting client relationships.
Working cross-functionally across departments such as ticketing, marketing, operations, and commercial to ensure excellence in execution and client satisfaction.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary account lead and point of contact for Dubai Basketball. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to support client retention and future business opportunities. Conduct regular client check-ins, gather feedback, and implement necessary actions to enhance service delivery. Share client feedback with internal teams for continuous improvement.
Project & Event Execution: Oversee timely and high-quality execution of all contractual and operational deliverables. Attend and support all Dubai Basketball home games. Ensure reliability and responsiveness on event days; remain contactable and available to resolve any urgent issues. Manage reporting respective to gamedays.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution. Provide clear and consistent communication to both internal teams and external stakeholders regarding progress, updates, and issues.
Client Strategy & Growth: Collaborate with the Sports Projects team to identify commercial opportunities. Attend all client-related meetings including pre-event and post-event briefs, ensuring full alignment and follow-through.

You should have:
Qualifications:
Degree or certification in Business, Hospitality Management, Sports Management, Marketing, or any related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar role in Account Management.
Previous experience in the UAE, preferably in the event industry.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Fluent in English.
Arabic is a plus.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
Ability to work unsupervised.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
IT literate including the full Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work with multicultural team.
Listening skills.
Creative thinking.
Influential communicator.
Driving license and car (Desirable).
