The Sponsorship and Exhibition Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of our events by securing sponsorships and managing exhibition sales. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective sponsors and exhibitors, aligning their objectives with our event goals. Your ability to negotiate and close deals while delivering excellent customer service will ensure a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business. As a strategic thinker, you will collaborate with the marketing and event teams to design sponsorship packages and exhibition opportunities that deliver value to partners and elevate the overall event experience. You will use your in-depth understanding of the industry trends to identify potential new revenue streams and drive growth in sponsorship and exhibition sales. Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sponsorship sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing sponsors and exhibitors.
Identify potential sponsorship opportunities by researching industry trends and markets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create attractive sponsorship proposals.
Negotiate sponsorship and exhibition contracts to ensure value for both parties.
Coordinate with the event planning team to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship elements.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and contract agreements.
Produce regular sales reports to assess performance against targets and objectives.
Identify and attend networking events to build a pipeline of potential sponsors.
Provide excellent customer service to sponsors and exhibitors before, during, and after events.
Analyze post-event feedback to improve future sponsorship opportunities.
Stay updated with new trends in event sponsorship and exhibition management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sponsorship sales management.
Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets consistently.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills to secure partnership deals effectively.
Strong understanding of the exhibition and sponsorship sales cycle.
Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales management tools for reporting.
