Sponsorship and Events Specialist

The Sponsorship and Events Specialist plays a crucial role in managing corporate sponsorships and executing successful events that support brand engagement and revenue growth. This position requires strong project management skills, creativity, and the ability to build partnerships. The ideal candidate will drive value through strategic planning, flawless execution, and strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and secure strategic sponsorship opportunities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate and promotional events

• Develop event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution

• Manage relationships with sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders

• Design event marketing strategies in coordination with the marketing team

• Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners and venues

• Monitor event performance and generate post-event reports

• Ensure brand visibility and consistency across all events

• Handle logistical elements including permits, setup, and guest coordination

• Track and measure ROI from sponsorships and events

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in event planning and sponsorship management

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Proficiency in event management software and CRM tools

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
