Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans catering to each client’s specific needs.
• Utilize therapeutic strategies to enhance clients' speech and language capabilities.
• Work closely with clients to set realistic goals and track progress over time.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client development.
• Provide counseling and guidance to families regarding speech and language disorders.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of each client's progress and adjustments to treatment plans.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques.
• Organize and present educational workshops and seminars as needed.
• Stay informed of all relevant legal requirements and maintain necessary licensing.
• Use effective communication skills to educate others about speech and language development.
• Deliver therapy sessions both one-on-one and in group settings to optimize patient care.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Valid certification and licensure to practice as a Speech Therapist.
• Proven experience working as a Speech Therapist, preferably with Arabic-speaking clients.
• Strong understanding of various speech and language disorders and treatments.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
