Rehoboth Speech and Occupational Therapy Centre is a therapy centre dedicated to supporting children with developmental, communication, and learning needs. We provide individualized, child-centered speech and occupational therapy services in a supportive environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments for pediatric clients.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Provide one-to-one speech and language therapy sessions.
• Support children with speech, language, communication, and developmental difficulties.
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Prepare assessment reports, progress reports, and session notes.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and occupational therapists.
• Provide parent education and home-based therapy recommendations.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Speech and Language Therapy, or a related field.
• DHA license or eligibility to obtain a DHA license.
• Pediatric clinical experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for working with children and supporting their development.
