Job Description

A Specialist in Retail Consumer Operations acts as a vital link between consumer needs and the retail business goals. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in retail operations or consumer products.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team and consumer interaction.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for business improvement.
  • Experience in managing inventory and supply chain operations efficiently.
  • Proven track record of enhancing consumer satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
  • Knowledge of retail compliance standards and best industry practices.
