JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support the Vice President – Network & Development in implementing the groups expansion strategy and brand rollout plans across the UAE and GCC.
• Track progress against the annual network development roadmap, highlighting risks, dependencies, and milestones.
• Prepare management reports, project dashboards, and departmental KPIs for internal and executive reviews.
• Identify process bottlenecks within the department and propose practical improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  
  

Operational

• Manage day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks for the Network & Development department.
• Liaise with Finance, Procurement, and vendors to process payments, POs, and contractual documentation accurately and on time.
• Support site feasibility reviews, documentation flow, and consultant coordination for ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Coordinate with the Facility Management team to monitor facility maintenance works, track open tasks, and ensure timely closure of issues.
• Maintain trackers for lease renewals, maintenance schedules, and vendor performance.
• Assist in drafting RFPs, evaluation matrices, and technical summaries in coordination with managers.
• Maintain up-to-date filing, documentation, and project correspondence logs.
