Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Microbiology or a related field with specialization in Medical Microbiology.
• Minimum of five years’ experience working in a clinical microbiology laboratory.
• Comprehensive knowledge of microbial pathogenicity and infection management.
• Proven ability to conduct high-complexity testing and validate laboratory methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make sound clinical judgments.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with healthcare teams and stakeholders.
• Certification from a recognized microbiological society or board is preferable.
