Specialist M W X Invoice Verification

Part of AUTODOC is ATD Technologies S. R. L., which was established in 2019 and has already the status of a resident of the information technology park “Moldova IT Park". All the main resources of the company "ATD Technologies" S. R. L. are aimed to provide technical support and services for AUTODOC.



Currently we are looking for a Specialist (m/w/x) Invoice Verification to join our team in Chișinău (Moldova), starting as soon as possible.

• Monitor inventory levels based on incoming invoices to ensure data accuracy
• Verify and process invoices within the AWS system on a daily basis
• Identify discrepancies and prepare detailed reports by compiling missing or inconsistent inventory data using AWS and Google Docs
• Investigate and resolve inventory inconsistencies in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers
• Collaborate closely with colleagues across Germany, Ukraine, and Poland to ensure aligned processes and data integrity
  
  

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Initial professional experience in a similar role
• Familiarity with ERP and/or WMS systems as well as MS Office
• Strong analytical thinking skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach
• High attention to detail with the ability to identify errors and implement effective solutions
• Conscientious, reliable, and efficient working style
• Independent, well-organized, and transparent approach to tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team
• Fluent in Russian and intermediate level of English
