Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of ear, nose, and throat disorders.
• Perform surgical procedures related to head and neck conditions as needed.

• Advise patients and their families on treatment plans and preventative measures.
• Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests to aid in patient care decisions.

• Provide education and training to other medical staff and residents in ENT care.
• Participate in ENT-related research projects and clinical trials as applicable.
• Offer expert consultations to other healthcare professionals when required.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies at all times.

Requirements

• Medical degree with specialization in ENT from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in otolaryngology or eligibility for certification.
• Minimum of three years of experience working as an ENT specialist.
• Strong surgical skills with experience in a range of ENT procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and management.
• Valid medical license to practice.
