Role Summary

The role will lead strategic initiatives to increase Majid Al Futtaim’s employer brand visibility among Emiratis. The role involves organizing outreach activities, events, and partnerships to engage with the Emirati community. The Specialist will represent the company both internally and externally, building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Their work will help position Majid Al Futtaim as a top employer offering meaningful career opportunities for Emirati talent.

ROLE PROFILE

• Design and implement employer branding initiatives tailored to attract and retain Emirati talent.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support Emiratization efforts.
• Lead engagement activities with Emirati employees to gather feedback and enhance their experience and sense of belonging.
• Plan and execute Emirati-focused events to promote career opportunities and showcase the company’s commitment.
• Develop and execute innovative hiring campaigns and talent programs aligned with Emiratization goals.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of initiatives, ensuring consistent implementation across all business units.
  
  

• Hold a bachelor’s degree and possess 3–5 years of experience in employer branding, outreach, or related roles.
• Demonstrate strong skills in event management, stakeholder engagement, and communication.
• Apply strategic thinking, project execution, and analytical abilities to drive impactful outcomes.
• Understand Emiratization policies and show cultural awareness within the United Arab Emirates context.
