A leading Government Healthcare Facility in the UAE is seeking experienced Cardiologists to join its specialist cardiovascular team.

This opportunity is open to internationally trained physicians seeking to relocate to the UAE and offers the opportunity to work within a modern government healthcare environment with advanced cardiac facilities, multidisciplinary teams, and comprehensive cardiovascular services.

Candidates with internationally recognized qualifications, including UK CCT, Western Qualified, American Board, Australian Board, and South African Board, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with cardiovascular conditions.
  • Manage acute and chronic cardiac conditions, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and valvular heart disease.
  • Perform and interpret relevant cardiac investigations, including ECG, echocardiography, stress testing, and ambulatory monitoring.
  • Develop individualized treatment and long-term management plans.
  • Provide specialist consultation for complex cardiovascular cases.
  • Monitor treatment response and adjust management plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cardiac surgeons, electrophysiologists, interventional cardiologists, intensivists, and other multidisciplinary teams.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary cardiac case discussions and clinical meetings.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
  • Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement programs, and clinical governance activities.
  • Contribute to teaching, training, and continuing professional development where applicable.
  • Maintain high standards of patient safety and evidence-based cardiovascular care.
  • Medical degree such as MBBS, MD, or equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • Recognized postgraduate qualification in Cardiology.
  • Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
  • Strong experience in the diagnosis and management of cardiovascular diseases.
  • Experience in echocardiography and other relevant non-invasive cardiac investigations.
  • Subspecialty expertise in areas such as Interventional Cardiology, Cardiac Electrophysiology, Heart Failure, Structural Heart Disease, or Imaging is an advantage.
  • Candidates with UK CCT, Western Qualifications, American Board, Australian Board, or South African Board are encouraged to apply.
