Specialist - CAFM

Job Description

The CAFM Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the CAFM system to support facility operations, asset management, space planning, and maintenance activities. This role ensures data accuracy, system efficiency, and effective reporting to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the CAFM system (e.g., Archibus, Maximo, Planon, etc.)
• Manage asset, space, and maintenance data within the system
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all modules
• Generate reports and dashboards for facilities performance and KPIs
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling
• Coordinate with facilities, IT, and operations teams for system improvements
• Provide user training and technical support for CAFM users
• Assist in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features
• Integrate CAFM with other systems (ERP, BMS, IoT platforms)
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Facilities Management, IT, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in CAFM/FM systems
