How Will You Fit in the Big Picture?

The Business Development Specialist will serve as a critical commercial support partner to the GCC Business Development team. This position helps drive planning, reporting, forecasting, promotional execution, and distributor coordination activities that enable successful customer management and business growth.

What Will You Do?

Forecast & Business Planning Support

• Support sales forecasting activities.
• Maintain planning tools and reporting dashboards.
• Assist in business reviews.
  
  

Trade Spend & Promotion Management

• Track promotional performance.
• Monitor trade investments.
• Support ROI analysis.
  
  

Distributor & Customer Support

• Coordinate distributor reporting.
• Track customer execution metrics.
• Support issue resolution.
  
  

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly and monthly business reports.
• Analyze sales trends and performance.
• Provide actionable insights.
  
  

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.
• Support commercial execution across GCC markets.
  
  

Experience

Minimum Requirements

• 3–5+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, Business Development Support, or Trade Marketing.
• FMCG experience preferred.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  
  

Preferred

• GCC market exposure.
• Trade spend management experience.
• Distributor management support experience.
• E-commerce reporting exposure.
  
  

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline
