Job Purpose

To provide high‑quality, specialist‑level aesthetic dermatology services in line with evidence‑based clinical standards, delivering safe, ethical, and patient‑centred cosmetic and dermatological treatments. The role is based within a busy outpatient (OPD) aesthetic clinic environment in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai.

Role Overview

This is an outpatient‑based aesthetic dermatology role based at our HealthHub Clinic in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai.

The position is well suited to a Specialist Dermatologist with a strong aesthetic and cosmetic focus, who is confident delivering injectables, energy‑based treatments, and procedural dermatology within a high‑volume community clinic setting.

Experience in building and maintaining an aesthetic patient base and managing repeat cosmetic treatments is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Provide specialist‑level aesthetic dermatology services in line with best‑practice clinical guidelines and Al‑Futtaim Health Medical Staff Bylaws

Deliver cosmetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and safety standards

Perform aesthetic and cosmetic procedures including, but not limited to:

Botulinum toxin injections

Dermal fillers

Skin rejuvenation treatments

Non‑invasive aesthetic procedures

Assess skin conditions and advise on appropriate cosmetic and dermatological treatment options

Perform outpatient dermatology procedures where applicable

Counsel patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare, and risks

Conduct follow‑up consultations and manage long‑term aesthetic treatment plans

Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical records

Work collaboratively with clinic teams to ensure high standards of patient experience and safety

Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and departmental development activities

Engage in continuing medical education and remain current with advances in aesthetic dermatology

Candidate Profile

DHA‑licensed or DHA‑eligible Specialist Dermatologist

Strong aesthetic dermatology background is essential

Proven experience performing cosmetic and aesthetic procedures independently

Comfortable working in a high‑volume OPD aesthetic clinic environment

Patient‑focused with a strong understanding of aesthetic outcomes and safety

Excellent communication and consultation skills

Commercially aware and confident in building a loyal aesthetic patient base

Team‑oriented, professional, and adaptable

Familiarity with JVC or similar community catchment areas is an advantage

Arabic language skills are an advantage

Qualifications And Experience

MBBS / MBChB or equivalent from an accredited institution

Completion of a recognised specialty qualification approved by DHA, HAAD, or MOH (UAE)

Minimum 5 Years Post‑qualification Experience At Specialist Level

Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification

Fluency in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage

Aesthetic certifications and advanced injectables training are highly desirable
