About The Role

Design at Revolut is all about balancing that sense of creativity with a deep attention to detail. Our customers have come to expect a certain level of look and feel from our products, and it's up to us to keep pushing their expectations higher.

We’re looking for a Spatial & Interior Designer to help set the standard for what Revolut physical experiences should look, sound, and feel like. You’ll be responsible for creative direction on events, hospitality, office, and retail opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering across teams, turning ideas into high-impact visuals that feel elevated, intentional, and consistently ahead of the curve
• Translating our brand into physical environments across customer and internal spaces
• Designing spatial customer journeys and immersive experiences for retail, events, pop-ups, activations, etc.
• Developing concepts, narratives, and experience frameworks from scratch
• Taking full ownership of projects, from idea through execution and delivery
  
  

What You'll Need

• 5+ years of experience in spatial planning, lighting, materials, and 3D visualisation
• A proven track record of translating brand identity into physical environments
• Experience working closely with brand, marketing, events, or product teams
• A portfolio showcasing concept development, storytelling, and final execution
• Knowledge of modular solutions, experimental materials, or digital spatial integration
• Excellent communication skills
• To be comfortable working in fast-paced, high-performance environments
