Job Description

  • Supervise and support the spa reception team during daily operations
  • Ensure smooth scheduling of appointments and maximize treatment room utilization
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and handle inquiries or complaints professionally
  • Conduct team briefings and provide ongoing training and coaching
  • Monitor daily revenue, cash handling, and booking accuracy
  • Promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and retail areas
  • Prepare daily reports and assist with inventory control

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in spa reception or front office supervision
  • Strong knowledge of spa operations and booking systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-focused with a professional appearance
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
