Job Description

As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed clients and play a pivotal role in providing a serene and welcoming environment. Your primary duty is to ensure smooth operations of the spa front desk while delivering excellent customer service to all guests. You will manage reservations, facilitate customer queries, handle administrative duties, and act as a liaison between clients and spa therapists. Responsibilities

  • Greet all clients with a warm welcome and a friendly demeanor.
  • Manage and schedule appointments using spa booking software efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure that clients are provided with service information and prices.
  • Process client payments accurately and manage daily cash float records.
  • Maintain a soothing and organized front desk reception area daily.
  • Assist in promoting spa services and products to enhance sales.
  • Coordinate with therapists regarding daily appointment schedules regularly.
  • Address client concerns or complaints by offering appropriate resolutions.
  • Keep client records updated, maintaining their privacy and confidentiality.
  • Perform administrative tasks like filing, record keeping, and data entry.
  • Ensure spa brochures and marketing materials are organized and available.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in reception, guest services, or customer service roles.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills are mandatory.
  • Familiarity with spa booking software or similar CRM systems is essential.
  • Capability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is advantageous.
