Job Description – Solution Architect (SAP HCM Payroll)

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect – SAP HCM Payroll to lead multi‑country payroll transformation projects across SAP HCM, EC, and ECP. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise, strong client engagement skills, and hands-on leadership across end‑to‑end implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP HCM / ECP payroll implementations, covering blueprinting, configuration, integrations, testing, and go‑live.
• Deliver multi-country payroll solutions (minimum 12 countries) ensuring compliance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Architect, design, and validate SAP HCM Payroll, EC, and ECP solutions based on business and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, and technical design sessions with HR, IT, and business teams.
• Provide expert guidance on payroll best practices, statutory rules, and GCC regulatory frameworks.
• Mentor and support functional consultants, ensuring solution consistency and delivery excellence.
  
  

• 12+ years SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• 8+ full-cycle implementations of SAP HCM Payroll and/or ECP.
• 4+ end‑to‑end ECP implementations and 2+ EC implementations.
• Strong leadership experience driving payroll transformation projects.
• Proven delivery across GCC payroll environments.
  
  

• Deep expertise in SAP HCM Payroll schemas, PCRs, time integration, and PCC.
• Strong understanding of EC, ECP architecture, and HR‑Finance‑Time integrations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• SAP SuccessFactors certifications preferred.
