Job Purpose

Purpose of this role is a primary Next Generation Data Centre (NGDC)- Networking & Communication related technical solution architect for clients of ARC.

Job Responsibilities

• Achieve solution target to meet specified financial goals
• Assigned solution target to be achieved through key networking & Collaboration product portfolio
• Participate or lead in scope of work determination, product pricing and RFP response
• Works closely with client managers throughout the process and also assist in decision for a deal
• Determine PS outsourcing, product pricing with principal architect to develop implementation solution
• Manage client POC initiatives individually which includes appropriating resources and setup and delivery of POC
• Perform onsite POC’s for unified collaboration technologies
• Perform site visits for technology upgrade
• Analyse business requirement to develop technical solution, and framework
• Stay abreast of product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical problems
• Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Work closely with product specialists and product support in multi technology solution
• Manage key customer relationship and propose innovative communication & collaboration solutions and services
  
  

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Graduate in Computer engineering preferably IT/Electronics and communication is desirable
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 5 – 7 years’ experience, relevant to IT industry
  
  

Certifications

• CCNA-R&S, Voice
• CCNP- R&S, Voice.
• MS-Teams , Zoom, UcaaS certification.
• Alcatel & NEC
  
  

Knowledge & Skills

• Broad knowledge integrated with strong collaboration tools, SBC and UCaaS technology and understanding
• Focus on areas of technology and associated products in collaboration and communication
• Need to have skills of onsite demonstration and assessment
• Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees
• Familiar with Abu Dhabi enterprise/ government clientele and technology trend
• Should have implementation experience
• Should have sound knowledge on communication & Collaboration technologies with hands-on experience
• Cisco/Alcatel/NEC/Microsoft Teams/Alcatel hands-on experience / knowledge is preferred.
• Need to be good team player
• Good collaboration skills required
• With valid UAE driving license
