Job Description

As a Software Sales Consultant at 24O25, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by selling cutting-edge software solutions to businesses across various industries. Your primary focus will be on understanding the unique needs of our clients and providing tailored solutions that drive business efficiency and success. This position requires a highly motivated, client-focused individual with strong sales acumen and a deep understanding of the software industry. You will work closely with our sales team, marketing department, and technical support to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a dynamic personality, and a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in the technology sector.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through research and outreach efforts.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations showcasing our software solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and generate leads.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions and requirements.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and promote our software solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team for review.
  • Ensure comprehensive knowledge of our software solutions and their benefits for effective selling.
  • Work closely with the technical support team to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues quickly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in software sales or a related field.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectively.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into customer benefits.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
