Job Description

A Software Sales Consultant specializes in identifying customer needs and selling software solutions that meet those needs. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Analyze market competition by gathering current marketplace information.
  • Provide management with feedback on trends and customer needs for service improvement.
  • Maintain an accurate record of sales activities and client interactions within CRM systems.
  • Update sales and marketing materials to keep them aligned with the latest software versions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful software sales experience required.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
  • Ability to understand and convey complex software concepts to non-technical clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused solutions mindset.
  • Ability to travel to meet clients and attend sales conferences as needed.
