Software Engineer

About The Opportunity

We are hiring for a Software Engineer to join a management consulting firm focused on digital transformation and technology-enabled business solutions across the UAE. The role is fully on-site and contributes to delivery of enterprise web and integration projects for clients in finance, healthcare, and government sectors.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend and/or full-stack components for enterprise web applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Implement and document RESTful APIs, database schemas, and integration points to support cross-functional systems and client workflows.
• Write clean, testable code and own unit/integration testing, debugging, and performance tuning to meet SLA and security requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners, consultants, QA, and operations in Agile ceremonies to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and release processes to ensure reliable deployments and operational readiness.
• Maintain technical documentation and assist in troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and post-release support for client environments.
