We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. Responsibilities

  • Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media campaigns and translate data into recommendations for future improvements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate them into social media strategies.
  • Engage with online communities and manage company image in a cohesive way to achieve marketing goals.
  • Schedule and publish content across various platforms ensuring optimal timing for engagement.
  • Identify and engage with key influencers to expand outreach and drive brand messages.
  • Develop social media marketing plans and content calendars consistent with the brand's voice.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis to understand social media landscape and strategy.
  • Prepare reports on social media performance and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of all primary social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer is preferred.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for producing engaging and original social media content.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
