Social Media Lead

• Build monthly social media strategies and content calendars
  
• Lead client accounts, meetings, reporting and approval workflows
  
• Brief and coordinate designers, videographers, editors and content team members
  
• Ensure content is delivered on time and meets the required quality
  
• Stay updated on platform trends and turn them into relevant content ideas
  
• Review performance and make practical recommendations to improve reach, engagement and leads
  
• Support shoots with concepts, scripts and content direction where required
  
• Guide junior team members and maintain clear internal workflows
  

Requirements

• 3–5 years of agency experience
  
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta and content trends
  
• Able to independently manage clients and multiple deadlines
  
• Strong communication, presentation and copywriting skills
  
• Experience with reporting, content planning and social media tools
  
• UAE agency experience is preferred
