About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strategic mindset to effectively promote our products and services in competitive markets. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales, trading, or related fields. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Familiarity with the regional market dynamics and fluency in English and Arabic are highly desirable. The candidate must be self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software is also required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share.
  • Identify potential clients and establish long-term relationships to foster business growth.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the companys offerings.
  • Provide feedback from clients to the management team to improve products, services, and sales strategies.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
