About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Recruitment Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing and engaging top talent, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the UAE market. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn, job portals, and applicant tracking systems, is essential. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, are crucial. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates across various industries.
• Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Building and maintaining a talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of potential candidates for current and future vacancies.
