Job Description

The Social Media Executive role is pivotal for any organization aiming to enhance its online presence and engage with its audience effectively.   • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize strategy and performance consistently.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Track competitors' activities and develop insights and strategies to outperform them.
  • Maintain a social media calendar to ensure timely and effective content publication.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Studies, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
  • Strong understanding of all social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with a keen eye for design and detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and ability to generate insightful reports.
  • Experience with social media management and analytics tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles to boost engagement.
