Job Description

The Social Media Executive is a crucial member of the digital marketing team focused on enhancing the brand's presence across various social media platforms. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation through strategic posts and content that attract and engage our target audience. The Social Media Executive will need to be an adept communicator who is tuned into current trends and understands the dynamics of social media algorithms. By using analytics to gauge the performance of our social media campaigns, the executive will provide insights and recommendations to optimize performance while ensuring the company’s voice and messaging are consistent. Creativity, strong copywriting skills, and an eye for detail are essential as this role involves not just content creation but also monitoring, responding, and driving conversations that promote our brand positively.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to align with business goals.
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with the design team to generate multimedia content for campaigns.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Communicate with audience through posts, comments, and messages on all platforms.
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to posts and messages.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in all social content.
  • Enhance social media presence by developing and promoting innovative campaigns.
  • Identify trends, insights, and emerging platforms to integrate into strategies.
  • Identify and connect with key influencers and customers across social networks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with popular social media management tools and analytics.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video creation skills).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with perfect attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Demonstrable analytical skills to measure and improve content performance.
