Job Description

As a Social Media Executive, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our brand's online persona and identity. Your main duty is to develop and maintain a robust social media presence across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Your job will involve creating engaging content that resonates with our audience, tracking metrics to gain insight into consumer needs and behaviors, and strategizing to improve our digital footprint. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong communication skills, proficient in current social media trends and tools. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure our marketing and communication strategies are aligned with our company goals, thereby fostering a cohesive and dynamic brand image.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with business goals.
  • Create compelling and visually appealing content for all social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry-related news and relevant content.
  • Analyze key performance metrics to improve and optimize social media strategies.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and maintain community interaction.
  • Collaborate with designers and the marketing team to craft visual content.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly reports showing the effectiveness of campaigns.
  • Coordinate with influencers and partners to boost brand awareness and reach.
  • Organize and conduct social media contests and promotions to engage users.
  • Ensure all content adheres to the company's brand guidelines and policies.
  • Identify potential risks and handle potential crises promptly and effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role in marketing.
  • In-depth knowledge of all social media platforms and their respective participants.
  • Competence in using social media management and analytics tools efficiently.
  • Strong ability to think creatively and strategically to achieve business goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
