As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to promote our brand and increase engagement across various platforms. Your creative flair and strategic planning will drive the development of high-quality content that resonates with our audience, builds community, and fosters meaningful engagement. You will monitor and analyze performance metrics, optimizing our strategy to maximize reach and influence. A deep understanding of social media trends and analytics will be crucial, allowing you to contribute to the enhancement of our brand's online presence and support our marketing goals effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align social media activities with broader marketing initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage published and unpublished content (images, video, written).
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
  • Analyze key metrics and adjust the strategy as necessary based on performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and product launches.
  • Manage social media budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies across campaigns.
  • Engage with users, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate regular reports on social media performance and engagement insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media and digital marketing.
  • Develop and oversee contests, giveaways, and other interactive social media campaigns.
  • Support SEO and content marketing strategies through social media integration.
  • Foster relationships with influencers to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a social media executive or similar role for at least two years.
  • Exceptional knowledge of all major social media platforms' functionalities and analytics.
  • Strong creativity and ability to develop engaging and innovative content.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to analyze data and convert findings into measurable strategies.
  • Experience collaborating with graphic designers and marketing professionals.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the fast-paced and ever-changing social media landscape.
