Introduction:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Social Media Content Creator to join our team at Teraleads, a rapidly growing digital marketing agency.

We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator with 5 years of experience to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of marketing concepts and strategies, a keen eye for design, a passion for creating clean and aesthetically pleasing visuals, and a portfolio showcasing their ability to design. This is a fully remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design social media posts, carousels, and reels for social media platforms
• Repurpose and publish content across social channels
• Create short-form video content and reels
• Design blog visuals for the websites
• Create paid advertising creatives for digital campaigns
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all content
• Work closely with the marketing team to align content with campaigns
• Adapt content for different platforms and formats
• Manage and organize design assets within Figma
• Revise designs or content based on feedback and iterate to meet project goals.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital design, video creation, and marketing
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.
• Experience with social media scheduling tools such as Buffer.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to create clean, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs.
• Ability to build a strong and cohesive brand across different platforms.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Having Motion Design Experience is a non-negotiable for this role.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with design for paid advertising and understanding of what works visually in ads.
• Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and social media.
• Experience working with marketing agencies.
• Creative writing skills.
