Ellevate Football Academy (Dubai) is looking for a Social Media & Content Lead to own how the brand looks and sounds across every channel. This is a hands on creative role for someone who can shoot, edit, design and publish, and who understands how to turn great content into reach, leads and enrolments.
Key Responsibilities
Videography: Capture high quality video at academies, camps, events and player sessions from quick reels to polished hero films.
Photography: Shoot crisp action, portrait and brand photography for use across social, web, app and marketing materials.
Editing: Edit video and photo content to a premium standard from fast turnaround social clips through to flagship promotional pieces.
Social media management: Own the content calendar and day to day publishing across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn, engage with the community and report on performance.
Graphic design: Produce on brand graphics including flyers, banners, social templates, player cards and campaign assets consistent with brand guidelines.
Paid advertising: Plan, build and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns to drive camp and academy sign ups, tracking spend against results.
Brand consistency: Ensure all outputs align with the Ellevate Football brand and tone across all markets and channels.
Content strategy: Identify trends and opportunities, propose ideas, and support development of a content plan that builds the brand and supports commercial goals.
Set Of Required Skills, Knowledge And Behaviours
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven videography and photography experience with a strong portfolio or showreel
Confident video and photo editing using tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, Lightroom or Photoshop
Hands on social media management across major platforms with a track record of growing engagement
Graphic design capability using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite with strong visual standards
Understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads with ability to build, monitor and optimise campaigns
Self starter with ability to manage projects end to end with minimal supervision
Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple shoots, deadlines and channels
Desirable
Interest in or knowledge of football and youth sport
Motion graphics or animation skills
Experience marketing to parents or within youth or education sectors
Familiarity with analytics tools including Meta Insights, Google Analytics, TikTok or YouTube Studio
Willingness to travel to academies, camps and events including matchdays on weekends
