Job Overview: Were seeking an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Account Manager to join our growing team. This role will support senior team members in managing social media accounts for various clients, with a focus on content creation, scheduling, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a keen eye for trends, and the ability to adapt to our tech-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies for clients
• Create engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Schedule and publish content using our proprietary platform and other social media management tools
• Monitor social media channels and engage with followers to build community
• Track and analyze social media metrics to inform strategy adjustments
• Collaborate with the production team to align social media content with shoots and campaigns
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates, particularly in the MENA region
• Support senior team members in client communications and reporting

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting
• Familiarity with social media management tools and content creation software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Keen interest in technology and willingness to learn new tools and platforms
