Job Overview

Here’s your chance to step into the role of Arabic - Social Content Producer for Arabian Radio Network, part of Dubai Holding Entertainment.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our digital growth engine, shaping content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snap, and emerging platforms. This is a role combining social media strategy, fast‑paced content production, and performance‑driven experimentation.

In this position, you’ll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Owning platform strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Snap
• Managing publishing cadence and scheduling through platform tools
• Building and maintaining a high‑volume content engine
• Defining clip strategy: hooks, thumbnails, titles, cut styles, and timing
• Creating and managing clip systems and packaging for long‑form content
• Establishing meaningful reporting frameworks (retention, saves, shares, conversions)
• Running weekly performance reviews with Programming and Production teams
• Producing quick‑turnaround formats with the ability to edit on the spot
• Leading A/B tests on formats, packaging, cadence, and creator collaborations
• Rapidly identifying underperforming formats and doubling down on winners
• Driving measurable audience growth across all platforms

About You

The ideal candidate for this role brings a mix of creativity, analytical thinking, and relentless execution. You should have:

• Arabic & English speaking
• 2–5 years of experience in content strategy, content creation, digital media, or influencer marketing
• A platform‑native mindset. You’ve grown channels and understand what makes people stop scrolling
• Strong editorial instincts and a high‑output approach to content creation
• Experience working within the content creator ecosystem
• A data‑literate, action‑oriented mindset where dashboards lead to decisions
• The ability to push teams toward speed, consistency, and performance
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across digital, marketing, commercial, and production teams
