About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a skilled SOC Operator to join our Security team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Continuously monitor CCTV systems, video analytics, access control systems, alarm systems, communication platforms, and other integrated security technologies.
• Proactively monitor resort facilities, gaming support areas, back-of-house operations, employee accommodation, transportation hubs, and logistics facilities for suspicious, unusual, or prohibited activity.
• Respond promptly to security alarms, alerts, and incidents in accordance with established SOC procedures and escalation protocols.
• Coordinate and dispatch Security Officers, Emergency Response Teams, Engineering, Facilities, Medical Services, and other operational resources as required.
• Act as the central communication point during incidents, emergencies, and business disruptions.
• Greet guests and staff with the highest level of professionalism, respect, and positive energy.
• Respond promptly to security alerts, following SOC protocols for incident handling and escalation. Document all incidents, alerts, and operational activities accurately in SOC logs and reporting tools.
• Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive security information.
• Initiate emergency protocols such as evacuation or lockdown during critical incidents.
  
  

About You

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Required: Technical certification in security systems or SOC operations.
• Required: Minimum 2 years’ experience in SOC or Security control room operations.
• Preferred: Minimum 1 years’ experience in site security operations at luxury hotel.
• Preferred: Bi-lingual (English / Arabic)
• Good written and verbal language skills (English).
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
• The ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Knowledge of security policy and procedures.
• Familiarity with emergency protocols and coordination with external agencies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and positive energy.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies and challenging situations.
