Job Description

Job Title: Snagging Inspector

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced Snagging Inspector to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, electrical engineering, or a related field, with a focus on snagging inspections and defect identification.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify construction defects and snags
Prepare detailed reports with photographs and clear descriptions of defects
Collaborate with developers, contractors, and consultants to resolve issues
Work independently to meet inspection deadlines
Utilize knowledge of UAE construction standards and regulations

Requirements:

Minimum UAE experience in snagging inspections and construction
Strong knowledge of residential and commercial property inspections
Hands-on experience in identifying construction defects and MEP snags
Valid UAE driving license
Strong communication and reporting skills

Preferred Background:

Electrical Engineering/Diploma or related technical qualification
Experience in handover inspections, DLP inspections, and pre-handover snagging
Familiarity with developers, contractors, and consultants in the UAE
