Job Description

  • To make calls & manage relationship of assigned NEOBIZ portfolio.
  • To complete fulfillment process for all NEOBIZ accounts.
  • Meet the customer at the required location to complete verification process of original documents submitted during digital onboarding journey and to complete NEOBIZ accounts Fulfilment through digital Tablet.
  • Ensure that the KPI targets set are met.
  • Sales targets are met in all the products individually.
  • Ensure retention of quality customers for maximum revenue generation
  • Create effective hooks for customer to mitigate customer risk.
  • Ensure control requirement of the business are adhered to in line with Bank policies to ensure quality growth in business.
  • Ensure sound awareness levels on all SME products.
  • Strong analytical, logical skills.
  • Sound market knowledge and SME business understanding.
  • Sound technical skill set across diverse products.
  • University degree in any business discipline, I- 2 years of relevant work experience in Commercial/ SME Banking.
