Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of technicians and installers in glass and aluminium

works.

Analyse, and work from technical drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate the fabrication, cutting, and assembly of glass and aluminium

components.

Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and project

timelines.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions on-site.
Train and mentor team members to improve skills and productivity.
Communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients regarding progress

and requirements.

Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition.

Skills

Proven experience (3–5+ years) in glass and aluminium fabrication and

installation.

Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.
Knowledge of glass types, aluminium profiles, hardware, and installation

methods.

Familiarity with cutting, assembling, and fixing glass and aluminium systems.
Previous experience leading a team or supervising site work.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
