Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are hiring for our customer for the role of Site Supervisor based in Dubai. The position requires a skilled professional with strong expertise in commercial interior fit-out site execution and coordination within the UAE market. The role involves overseeing daily site activities, managing vendors and subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and delivering projects within timelines and quality standards while working closely with project teams, consultants, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations for commercial interior fit-out projects in the UAE, ensuring alignment with project drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Supervise all on-site activities, including workforce, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure adherence to project requirements and execution plans.
• Monitor and track project progress, work schedules, and assigned tasks, providing daily updates and reports to senior management and project managers.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to facilitate inspections, approvals, and sign-offs for project milestones.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, machinery, hardware, and components at the site to prevent execution delays and maintain project continuity.
• Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to guarantee on-time delivery of materials and resources required for project execution.
• Maintain oversight of workmanship quality, site safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and the accuracy of production quantities on-site.
• Support vendor coordination by assisting in work assignment after securing necessary quotations and approvals, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Attend site and project meetings to present accurate progress updates, identify and communicate blockers, and address project requirements promptly.
• Handle site escalations in accordance with the escalation matrix, seeking timely approvals from senior management to resolve critical issues efficiently.
• Resolve and manage snag work to ensure closure within the stipulated timelines, maintaining project quality and client satisfaction.
  
  

• 3-4 years of relevant UAE market experience in site supervision or execution, with a focus on commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Proven experience in commercial interiors, fit-out, turnkey projects, or related construction execution within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of site drawings, measurements, material coordination, and basic execution sequencing for commercial projects.
• Hands-on experience coordinating with workers, subcontractors, vendors, logistics teams, and project stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Experience in tracking project progress, managing work schedules, and providing accurate daily updates to senior management or project managers.
• Familiarity with handling snag work and ensuring timely closure while maintaining project quality and client expectations.
• Proficient in vendor coordination, including obtaining quotations, securing approvals, and assigning work to ensure seamless project execution.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and reporting skills to effectively engage with clients, consultants, and internal teams during inspections and approval processes.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards for workmanship, site safety, cleanliness, and material quality.
