• Monitoring workload and providing solutions to ensure targets are met any risks are mitigated.
• Manage the quality outputs of all workshop employees.
• Coordinate with Supervisor, Admin and Purchase team for material & other requirements.
• Ensuring all technical requirements are in line with the approved plan.
• Coordinate with project manager, Admin and Purchase team for manpower and material requirements.
• Ensuring proper implementation of detailed execution plan as approved by management for various completion and handover stages at site.
• Monitor each level of project execution in details to meet the requirement of pre-approved plan.
• Frequently coordinating with project manager, client and execution team for project completion stages, modifications etc.
• Ensuring quality of work and material is as per agreed contract.
• Prepare and send daily reports to the management over project status.
• Prepare and maintain daily site schedules for the approval of project manager and ensure work is done as per approved plan.
• Coordinate with suppliers and sub-contractors as and when required.
• Planning coordination and control of our manufacturing processes.
• Ensuring that goods and services are produced efficiently Involved in both the pre-production planning stage as well as the production control.
• Overseeing the production process drawing up a production schedule.
• Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.
• Liaising among different departments like procurement, design, estimation etc.
• Submit project reports to the PM/HOD on monthly basis.
• Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
