Site Supervisor - Interior Fit Out

Position Overview  

We are seeking an experienced *Interior Fit-Out Foreman* to oversee and coordinate interior construction works for high-profile residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of all interior finishing trades, acceptable understanding of MEP systems related to interiors, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.  

Key Responsibilities  

- Supervise and manage daily site activities for interior fit-out works (partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, painting, etc.).  

- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely execution of works.  

- Review and interpret construction drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.  

- Monitor MEP installations (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) within the interior scope to ensure proper integration with finishes.  

- Conduct quality checks and ensure works are executed to the highest standards.  

- Report progress, issues, and variations to the project manager/engineer.  

- Ensure site safety protocols and compliance with company standards.  

- Assist in resolving technical and execution challenges on site.  

Requirements  

- Minimum *5 years of proven experience* in interior fit-out projects.  

- Strong knowledge of interior finishing works and acceptable knowledge of MEP systems related to interiors.  

- Ability to read, understand, and check technical drawings.  

- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage site teams and subcontractors.  

- Valid *manual driving license* (UAE preferred).  

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.  

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.  

Preferred Attributes
