Site Supervisor - Interior Fit Out

As a Site Supervisor specializing in Interior Fit Out, you will manage and oversee all onsite activities related to interior design and construction projects. Your role will be essential in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with the specified quality standards. You will coordinate with project managers, architects, designers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth workflow, manage resources effectively, and troubleshoot any unexpected onsite issues. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all onsite activities during the interior fit-out projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supervising interior fit-out projects and site operations.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, interior design, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee site personnel.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing onsite challenges.
