A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site activities during a construction project, ensuring that everything progresses smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to manage construction operations.
• Supervise and manage construction workers, subcontractors, and on-site staff daily.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans and specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferable.
• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA safety standards.
• Excellent leadership skills coupled with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
