We are currently seeking experienced  

Site Manager/Coordinator (m/f/d) Topside 

to support the Site Management Topside Construction project, starting approx. April 2026, for an estimated duration till 2030.  

This freelance role is onshore-based at Port Rashid, Dubai, operating on a Shiftsystem or with potential weekend assignments depending on operational requirements. 

As part of your role, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities: 

• Overseeing contractor activities to ensure timely and quality-compliant fabrication and installation of the OSS topside, including full HSE compliance. 
• Acting as the main interface between the client (Employer/50Hertz) and contractors, serving as the central point of contact for all yard-related matters. 
• Leading and coordinating CR team members by organizing tasks, steering activities, and consolidating information. 
• Monitoring schedules and progress, comparing resources versus progress, and providing regular reporting (NCs, HSE, quality, delays). 
• Managing punch lists, including documentation and follow-up using dedicated tools. 
• Supporting FIM logistics activities (delivery, storage, and handling in accordance with specifications). 
• Supporting Welding & Coating Inspectors during peak workload periods, if required.

• Having several years of experience as a Site Manager on large-scale construction sites and/or offshore construction projects (topside/structure), with a minimum of 5 years (10 years preferred). 
• Demonstrating routine in non-conformity management and punch list follow-up. 
• Showing strong capabilities in organization, monitoring, reporting, and problem-solving. 
• Holding a degree in engineering (Master’s/Dipl.-Ing.) or a technical qualification with equivalent professional expertise. 
• Being business-fluent in English. 
• Having a permanent residence in Dubai or demonstrating willingness to relocate to Dubai for the duration of the project. 
  
  

Nice to Have: 

• Holding an electrical qualification according to DIN VDE 0105-100. 
• Having long-term experience in offshore steelworks / offshore wind projects. 
• Being fluent in Arabic. 
• Holding additional certifications such as FROSIO (Coating) and being fluent in German.
