About The Role
Based at our Belconnen site, the Site Manager is a business focused leadership role which manages a team of Employment Consultants in providing a professional and sustainable service to both participants and employers. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Providing effective leadership aligned to EPlus values, mission and operational plans
Ensuring that all aspects of our Service Delivery Model are delivered to a high standard and compliance requirements are met on an individual and site level
Driving team performance and productivity, ensuring your site consistently delivers commercial returns whilst producing sustainable employment outcomes for a diverse group of participants
Establish and maintain a network of key internal and external stakeholders
About You
Demonstrated experience in Employment Services and case management (highly regarded)
Experience in day-to-day management and coordination of effective teams
Ability to overcome objections and break down barriers that exist for people experiencing unemployment
A strong ability to problem-solve and communicate to a wide variety of stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs
