Site Engineer Fire Fighting And Fire Alarm Maintenance

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Site Engineer with experience in Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm system maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance activities, supervising technicians, coordinating with clients, troubleshooting system faults, and ensuring compliance with fire safety standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm systems.
• Coordinate daily site activities and manage maintenance teams.
• Diagnose and resolve faults in fire alarm, sprinkler, hydrant, hose reel, and fire pump systems.
• Prepare maintenance reports, inspection records, and service documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments regarding maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, NFPA standards, and company procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and recommend corrective actions where required.
• Monitor material requirements and support spare parts planning.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm maintenance.
• Knowledge of fire pumps, sprinkler systems, hydrants, hose reels, and fire alarm systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and team management skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• UAE Driving License is an advantage.
  
  

Preferred Industry Experience:

Fire Protection, Facilities Management, MEP Maintenance, Building Services, or Industrial Maintenance.
